We practice and pursue equity in the training through flexible online learning, creating an equitable classroom environment, accommodating different learning styles, continuously examining and updating our teaching material and giving students a voice in the direction, approach and depth of teaching.

We believe in the value of learning and innovating through putting in practice the tools and concepts covered in the topics.  Through learning by practicing, our trainees acquire knowledge, competencies and skills that prepare them for a career in IT.  As such, in our training, we seek to include practice in all sessions, offering trainees the opportunity to apply as they learn real world IT scenarios.  Sudobarn Technologies has both short and long-term partnerships with a diverse group of practice leaders, organisations, and innovators across a range of sectors and specialisms to support individual courses, programmes and consulting projects. Through these relationships we establish avenues for engaged and impactful skills development as well as curriculum innovations to equip trainees with the relevant up-to-date knowledge, skills and competence for their careers.
